☆.configuration:
1.computer system The machines adopts DELL computer with 512M RAM memory, 80G hard disk, 17 inch flat monitor, Dell company provides three year free services, its quality is reliable, and we will upgrade computer system according to customer’s need.
2. hydraulic system actuator adopts American MOOG servalve (DDV) series,its response precision and speed is top-ranking; hydraulic clamp equipment is external, so it has the advantage of little impact to main part’s rigidity, easy of maintenance, adjustable clamping force.
3.load system The load and clamp system of the testing machine are improved based on WE series testing machine, the WE series testing machine has one third market share in China, which can prove its stability reliability. The space between master cylinder and piston adopts slit seal, so it has minimal internal friction in system, this will ensure the precision of measuring force.
4. electric system electrical elements which possibly contact with person body are supplied with 24V power source, it has not dangerous to operator; electrical elements are brand name products so as to lower fault rate; electronic hydraulic elements are supplied with 24V direct power source, which will thoroughly prevent burning out coil.
5.Control system Self made PA-201 card (PCI) integrates multiplex D/A converters and amplifiers. Amplifiers are all digital elements, none analog device, which ensure circuit’s stability. Control software is programmed with DELPHI language, so it has the advantage of high operating efficiency and high expandability; The software is matured by ten year’s constant revision, there is original control algorithm in the software, and the software has the advantage of stability, easy of use, easy of expandability, intelligence. The software provides three storage means to store testing data: ASCII mode, local database, net database, and it is easy networking.
